Instant Tea Rallies: Citizen Educational Outreach

Borrowed from the success of Tea Party groups across the nation, NIPats will be hosting Instant Tea Rallies throughout the area.

Instant Tea Rallies will be structured as educational outreach events to inform our neighbors of issues the mainstream media ignore.  Participants will be encouraged to bring American flags and signs which relate to specific topics. The rallies will also be an opportunity for Patriots to meet each other and to know they are not alone in standing for our Constitutional values of limited government, fiscal responsibility and a free market system.

NIPats is asking Patriots for ideas of where to hold these rallies.  Event permits are not required for Instant Tea Rallies.

Do you know of a busy street, somewhere that will has high visibility and enough room for Patriots to express their first amendment rights?  A typical Instant Tea Rally  would last about a two hours.

If you know of a possible site in your city, please contact us NIPatriots at gmail.com, we look forward to hearing from you and hope to make this a bi-monthly event,  Put those thinking caps on Patriots, lets get this rolling!

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

Action Not Apathy: Meeting

Action Not Apathy

Congratulations Tea Party Patriots!

For the first time in history, there was extended discussion by Congress regarding the debt ceiling increase. Central to the narrative was the core issue of the massive debt which the United States has accumulated.

Democrats attempted to portray patriots as terrorists, John McCain used the visual of hobbits and pundit Maureen Dowd compared us to vampires and cannibals. Each of these instances were attempts to distract Americans from the message of fiscal responsibility offered by the Tea Party.

While the debt deal may not be what we had hoped for, it is the first incremental step toward fiscal responsibility and a sound U.S. economy.

We have much work to do. Patriots have chosen action over apathy. The battle to bring fiscal sense to Washington is far from over and you are an important aspect in safeguarding our republic.
