In swing states, Tea party and private family groups, paid for billboards to be placed along interstates which stated, “Voter Fraud is a Felony” followed with the possible criminal/financial penalty. The billboards stated nothing but the truth regarding this crime.
Various left wing and elected Democratic took exception to the signs labeling them racist. Clear Channel at first refused to pull the signs, yet under increasing pressure they reached an agreement with the groups which paid for the billboards to take the signs down. In addition, Clear Channel agreed to place 10 billboards up, free of charge, for the protesting groups which state “Voting is a Right. Not A Crime.”
Anyone who understands the application of rights in this country, recognize that rights only come from God. Voting is NOT a right but a privilege. A legal alien is afforded all rights which we embrace as citizens such as free speech and the right to unreasonable search and seizures, yet they are not allowed to vote as non-citizens, that are reserved as a privilege to citizens who meet specific requirements.
Stating that “Voter Fraud is a Felon,” is simply stating the truth contrary to what the left wants to claim. Just as a billboard which might say “Stealing is a Felony” or “Murder is a Felony”, speaks the truth regarding our laws. We are a nation of laws.
We encourage Patriots to speak out against this blatant attempt to silence, by creating their own home billboard. We know Patriots can create signs. Place them in your front yard or in public areas where you see campaign signs, get them out and leave them in place till November 7th.
Patriots sat in stunned confusion as the Supreme Court ruled the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was Constitutional. The mandate allowing the federal government to demand the purchase of any commodity shook the pillars of our precious liberty.
Since June 28,2012, the date of supreme court ruling, we have begun to understand and feel the effects of Obamacare. Millions of Americans have directly felt the increase in cost across the board. Yet this is only the beginning, since many of the day-to-day implementations of the law have not been written.
Tea Party Patriots, the national group which NIPats is affiliated with has produced an excellent movie which starts to unravel the dark draconian underside of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
We encourage you to watch the movie, The Determinators, it will expand your understanding of Obamacare and the future implications of this law.
We encourage you to pass this movie on to others, so they also can gain insight as to the future path of health care in the United States.
What will you choose?

2012 Presidential Debate Schedule
In coordination with Freedom Works, you can be a part of encouraging like-minded freedom lovers to vote on November 6th.
Here’s how it works:
Go the US Post Office and purchase 20 prepaid postage postcards for $7.40 or whatever number you can afford. A prepaid card cost 37 cents each. You then decide whether you want to send the cards out locally or to one of the battleground states.
Contact NIPats and we will get you the names and addresses for the number of postcards you purchased. We will also provide sample statements for the postcards.
The postcards you send are to be handwritten. It is important you individually touch the citizens that receive the postcard.
Next, sit down while watching TV or the kids and write out 10 cards one night and place them in the mail. Over the course of the next couple of weeks you have written out the cards, encouraging your fellow citizens to vote and have reminded them how important this election is to our nation.
The addresses you will receive will be targeted to specific voters. You will be writing on specific issues and asking them to vote for liberty.
Get your cards and contact us nipatriots at gmail.com. In the subject line put ‘postcards’.
You can make a difference!
Get involved in a campaign for a candidate who embraces core American values.
If you know a candidate whose philosophy aligns with these values, get involved in the campaign.
Volunteer to walk door-to-door for a candidate. Walking door-to-door is a powerful and effective way to connect with other citizens. When you walk door-to-door the issues become real and personal. Often walking is done in groups, so even if you have never walked for a candidate you will have someone with you.
Campaigns also look for individuals to make phone bank calls. You will be asked to make calls from specific lists, and will be given a brief script, which will probably end with you asking the caller to vote for the person you are calling for.
The first time people either walk door-to-door or phone bank it may feel odd, maybe even a bit uncomfortable, but in a short amount of time you will be surprised how easy it becomes.
Do not be discouraged if you do not feel comfortable walking door-to-door or in making calls, all campaigns have something you can do to make a difference and help the candidate in winning the election.
IFIRE will host a showing of “They Come to America: The Cost of Illegal Immigration” this Sunday, September 30th at the Hobart Art Theater. The movie show time is at 12:30 p.m. CST.

Copies of the movie will be available for purchase.
In addition, State Senator Mike Delph, the author and defender of Indiana’s immigration enforcement law will be in attendance.
Plus other special guests.

See you there!
Eleven years ago our nation was shocked beyond understanding, numbed by a horrendous attack.
Through the ensuing days, Americans came together and grieved our loss. None of us could escape the images of such hatred which rained down on our collective psyche. Whether we knew any of the victims of the terrorist attack or not we mourned. Those who were once strangers became real to our hearts, as individual stories were told in celebration of their lives.
As a nation, we understood at an intrinsic level that the attack was meant to demoralize us as a nation, yet it brought us together. As Americans we reached out to one another, displaying kindness and caring. As a People, we knew the attack was antithesis to what we believe as Americans.
Today, if even for a moment, pause and think about those who lost their lives. How our nation’s liberty was attacked eleven years ago today. How innocent people pursuing their livelihood became targets solely because they were living their lives. How first responders suffered great loss. How passengers of United Flight 93 on learning of the attacks chose to bravely fight the terrorists.
Today should always be remembered as a day to embrace our core values as Americans.
As Neil Cavuto says in the clip: “To put that number in perspective it would be like spending $907,000 an hour every hour since Jesus Christ was born and you still wouldn’t come close to the $16 trillion total. “
