The Tea Party Patriots website has crashed, organizers say, due to the high volume of interest in the nationwide protests planned for over 100 Internal Revenue Offices across the nation.
The website crashed after Rush Limbaugh highlighted the grassroots organization as a place to get information about the protests.

Memorial Day is a time for us to remember all those that have given the most extreme sacrifice in defense of our nation.
This year in addition to flying your flag in memory, Patriots across the nation will be tying BLUE ribbons in memory of those who lost their lives in Benghazi. Tie the ribbons to your antenna of your car, to the tree in front of your home with a sign saying “Benghazi, we will not forget”and/or wear a blue ribbon. Anyone that asks what the ribbons are for, tell them that as Americans we deserve answers to what happened that fateful day.

Starting in March of 2011 news reports surfaced of the IRS using intimidation factors on Tea Party, Patriot and 912 Project groups as they sought non-profit status as a 501(c)3 and 4. Although alternative media sources and those plugged in at a national level of Patriot groups knew of the intimidation before the 2011 news reports.
The current administration in Washington ignored the IRS abuse of power and chose to label the abusive actions of the IRS against the citizens of the country as merely an overactive conspiracy theory mindset. The federal government is trying to sell the mantra to the citizens that the groups affected by the actions of the IRS are just making this all up.
A conspiracy theory is not a conspiracy theory if it is proven to be true.
Now is the time to stand and be counted. There are many unanswered questions regarding the proposed Lake County tax and as a tax payer you deserve answers!

Some facts gathered at the Monday, April 29th meeting chaired by current Lake County Commissioner Gerry Scheub and past Lake County Council President Larry Blanchard. Understand I am not a stenographer and these notes were taken at the meeting, every attempt is being made to accurately convey information presented.
Commissioner Scheub stated that things “started to go haywire (on the fiscal solvency of the county budget) in 2001” when the state mandated a special re-assessment of all Lake County. At this time the state reduced taxes for major industry in the area such as BP of between 40-60%. The proposed optional tax will not be applied to any industry; it will strictly fall on the taxpayers. A family with an adjusted income of $60,000 will see an increased tax liability of $900.00/year.
The 2013 budget was approved at $143 million (an increase of $1 million)
Unfunded mandates from the state of Indiana on Lake County:
Copy and paste the below letter into a word and send it to the Lake County Council informing them you do NOT want the proposed optional Lake County tax of 1.5%. Address your envelope to the address on top of the letter.
Word has it there will be a citizen meeting tomorrow evening at the Lake County Fair Grounds in the 4-H building at 6:00p.m. Scheduled speakers are John Moose, Gerry Scheub and Larry Blanchard. This information was passed on by Kim Krull.
Hopefully concerned residents of Lake County can find some answers to the many questions they have about the pending county tax at the meeting.
Forget the public forums which the Counsel previously told Lake County residents they would hold. Understand if this tax goes through Lake County residents will see a 1.5% tax on their end of year adjusted gross income. Example if your adjusted gross income is $50,000, you tax liability will equal $750.00. That’s money out of the pocket of you and your family.
Government Goes to Those Who Show Up!
Make no mistake, hasty government is NEVER good government.
